Whether you're an Old Salt or just staring out in boating (either power or sail), Richmond Hill Power and Sail Squadron has courses that will prove invaluable to your boating experience.
This comprehensive course takes you through all the important aspects of boating.

Completion of this course provides you with a PCOC (Pleasure craft operators card) as well as your 1st year's membership in CPS with all its benefits!

This course includes your CPS plotter and tools as well as the course materials. Topics covered include:
